The bucket heater I got is for a 5-gallon bucket, however 
I use it in a 20-gallon bucket. It's called a Rapid Water Warmer, and is made by Allied Precision Industries. Cost was
approx $48.00. It takes about 20 mins. to
thaw the bucket if it has a thick layer of ice on top. In an
hour the water is warm, and continues to heat unless I unplug
it. According to the label it will heat to 120 degrees. Our
local feed store carries them, and probably any farm supply
place would, too.  I plug it in in the morning while getting
ready for work, then unplug it when I leave for work, and 
Miad has unfrozen water to drink.  --Missy Whitmire
