On-line ride results and calendar updated

We have updated the on-line ride results and calendar to reflect the latest
info.  We do not have any results yet for December rides.

We finally have the results of the Santian Cascade 30 and the points for the 
Eastern High Sierra ride.

The only known problem with a ride result is that the 8/31 Bryce XP is still
missing 63 of the 70 listings.  We are still working on this. Let me know if you 
see any other problems.
