ROC

I would love to see a race with a similar race qualification requirement 
again.   It was a true goal to shoot for with your horse and many people I 
know built their ride strategy upon qualifying for the ROC.  I hope someone 
will pick up the gauntlet.  I think the sponsorship and backing of riders 
would be there.
