Snakebite-Trailblazer ref?

Hi- Getting ready for springtime here when the
rattlers and copperheads wake up. Didn't Trailblazer
magazine do an article about how to handle snakebites?
If anyone has the reference for this please let me
know so I can brush up. Advice on what to carry on
rides in case of a bite to horse or human  would be
appreciated too. Thanks- Amy in Va
