Call IAHA at 1-800-752-2472 and inquire about the Sweepstakes entry program.  
Be sure to have your horse's registration # handy.  The sweepstakes program 
allows you to enter your horse in certain IAHA competitions and compete for 
prize money. IAHA can give you more specific details.
