Jessica Jahiel does video lessons.  If you send her a video, she will send you
back a lesson based around your video.  She's an excellent instructor and
would
be a good way to do a long distance lesson with some continuity.  She also
travels around the country doing clinics so you could check her web page for
places she will be and maybe have the opportunity to take a lesson or two in
person also.  She'll be at my place sometime around September...I haven't
set a
definite date yet since it hinges on what I coordinate with BC.  She's a very
down-to-earth, funny, super intelligent, *real* person who is certified to
teach thru advanced levels...but does an awesome job with the novices as
well.
