Dear Jr. rider, You're stuck a bit..... if U start the season as a Jr. U may ride as a Jr. all year if you like. Obviously, all points will count toward this one division. If you change to a Sr. Division after your birthday... U will still retain your miles & such, but the points and miles won't count for your new weight division after you change to Sr. status. You will have to decide if those points in Jr. Divi. are important enough to stay in that Div. (and ride sponsored) the rest of the year, or if it means enough to you to ride as an adult and give them up. Ye ole "catch 22". good luck.... however U do it though... My ride season starts February and I will do a couple rides as a junior but then my birthday is March 19th and I want to ride as an adult. Do I have to stay classified as a junior if I start 2001 as a junior? Please clarify for me. Thanks. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
