AERC Directors

You all should by now be aware of the AERC Board of Directors for the coming
year. Your next task is to consider programs you would like these Directors
to introduce and/or support.

But first, before any new business gets attention at the coming
convention/annual meeting the new president and other officers need to be
selected.

You all had best get your thoughts in line for who should be the next
President of the AERC. The person to lead this organization in the direction
the members would like to see it headed.

Look very closely at the list of AERC Director, weight their capabilities
for leadership and control. Make YOUR considerations made known to your
Regional Directors as well as ALL of the Directors at Large.

If you do not do this, then do not bitch if certain policies are implemented
to your dislike.

The Board of Directors cannot operate in a vacuum (even if it so appears to
do so at times
