Sorry, not meant to be a nasty tone at all.  However, things that are not 
"right" will go on and on as long as they are not dealt with.  Buying a 
horse from a livestock auction with bad practices doesn't stop those 
practices from continuing, it only provides financial support for the 
situation.  Least that's how I see it.
