Rides results added to the on-line database

We finally figured out the software bug that caused a few rides to be missing
from the on-line results.

We now have all the Shore-to-Shore LD rides and the Charity Cup LDs listed.

And we also have the National Championship Ride results listed.

Let me know if you see other rides missing from your ride histories at
