re: below... according to the purist on "barefoot".... traction is actually
better barefoot, & nothing is more theraputic than barefoot if done
correctly. Most of the reasons theraputic is needed is because what we have
done to them with shoes. Even club feet can be corrected by proper barefoot
trimming.
