Hi Deb,

this is often done here in Germany (and surrounding parts of Europe). Last ride I was at (2x100 km CEI in Switzerland),
the management asked 20 SFR which is ~$10. No problem to clean up before leaving, it's done in a few minutes and you get
your money back!
