More Mustangs

Well Phil Ottinger's mustangs certainly did well this last weekend at
the Lake Oroville ride.

His newest one, Sir Kai, a six year old, did the 25 miler and finished
4th and got BC.  Fred Emigh is riding and training him.

And Michele rode Robin Hood in the 50 miler, finished 4th and he won
another BC! There were 87 horses in the 50.

Two 4ths and two BC's.  Anyone who wants to know more about the Mustangs
that Phil picks (he has two more at home...) might contact him at

 He's not on ridecamp. He doesn't ride them himself, just finds, trains
and races his mustangs. He has a stud colt that should be at rides soon
who Ray Berta, the trainer, thinks will be a good breeding prospect.
