I believe I joined AERC 4 years ago - received the manual - haven't seen anything since. I recently downloaded the info from the AERC web to have it on paper, in a binder, in my trailer. I really would like to see the AERC send out, at the very least, updated supplements that one could add to their binder of rules and regs.
