Its my theory that everyone should manage a ride once - especially
anyone who dares complain that a ride is not up to (best RM in
region)'s standards.  But no way can just volunteering one time
be considered an equivalent.  I wish putting on a ride only
ate up 3 or 4 times the # of hours that just showing up and 
doing P/R, vet sec. etc. would do.  Still, like riding endurance,
its kind of fun to see how well you can meet the challenge.
