TEAMS UPDATE

Hi folks,

I have been getting many private replies and questions about my post re: teams.  I haven't been able to elaborate to anyone yet cuz I'm still learning myself.  I hope the ridecamp posts are helping to answer people's questions.  I have created a separate folder for all these posts and will share the responses in some kind of summary later.  I'll be out of town Mon and Tues but will get with everyone after that.  In the meantime, keep the posts coming...rules, strategies, ideas for awards, implementing teams into an existing organization, whatever...it all helps!  Thanks!
