The best remedy for hoof cracks is a journeyman
farrier who can check the level of your horse's trim
and the angles and be sure the horse is being properly
trimmed to hit the ground level.  Then the next best
thing is patience...

I am sure there are other remedies, but a level hoof
is a must...
