I'm sorry to offend your typing intellect with the caps. And the oh yess was
meant to be loud.

And to the second part I was replying to questions asked, and giving an FYI
to
keeping the $$$$ purchase prices between buyer and seller on a need to know
basis. It was not meant
to be obnoxious to anyone. But I guess you need to send out your slaps.
