I really believe in the reward system.  Money talks.  If Ruth wanted to set 
up a reward for info leading tothe arrest and *conviction* of whatever jerk 
shot her horses, I bet there'd be lots of people on this and other horse 
lists who would contribute.  It would be very satisfying seeing the 
perpetrator get caught and convicted.  Lif
