HELP! which pad with Wintec saddle?

HELP!

 

I am riding in my first Wintec ever.  It is the Aussi stock model, but it is very similar to the english models with knee blocks added.

 

The pad is slipping to the back very quickly.  The saddle is staying put because i am using a crupper and a breast collar as we have very little level ground here.  Right now i am using a barrel shaped pad til my new one arrives.  I have ordered a felt pad from the store as they didn't have anything in stock that I wanted.  Will  I have to add ties to the pad in the front and the back?

 

Saffy (horse) is always a bit slippery because she keeps herself very clean, and every time I brush her i use Laser sheen.  I avoid her back area, but she is still slippery.

 

What to do???
