I think a LOT of flexion tests, *but* I would be very careful as to
whether the vet is over flexing.  He shouldn't be pulling on the joint. 
From what I understand for instance, to flex the fetlock, I just hold the
horse's toe and let his weight flex the joint.  I don't pull on it.  An
overenthusiastic vet can pull too hard and make a sound horse trot "off".
