RC: where to live?

Texas is wonderful! But most foreigners complain about the heat during the 
summer and some worry about the tornados. Some hate the tremendous 
thunderstorms that rock your house. The drought has been rather rough. But I 
will say we have mild winters, beautiful springs plus some beautiful 
country....
