They are FREE....BUT, the tire places will want to recap
them as long as possible. When they are no longer
re-capable, they are FREE. I will warn you they weight
about 500 pounds each (of course you will cut out over 100
of that). It takes at least two strong guys to move them
(then two of us gals can after you cut out the middle),
