4 3/4" bit source?

Anyone know of a good source for 4 3/4" bits?  I am looking for a nice quality 14-16 mm french link boucher or  french link eggbutt in that size, and am not having much luck finding one.  I have looked at Dover, Libertyville, Stateline, and Dressage Extentions.  There's an 18 mm KK Ultra in a 4 3/4", but that seems pretty big for a petite Arab's mouth...  Are there places that will custom make dressage-type bits??
