What it is (I asked my secondary server to explain it to me) is that our
primary server lets spam in. My secondary server has been checked out by
ORBS and passed, but my local dial-up server didn't pass. I'll quote you
what windy said:

This is Greek to me, but I think we'd better contact our servers. No
wonder I've been getting so much spam lately.
