Weight Builder

 Hi,
    Have a friend who just put her gelding (Dancer) on Weight Builder..But 
recently we've heard this can become dangerous in feeding? Has anyone 
experimented with this? Dancer is on beet pulp, along with rice bran, and 
lots of other things! He's also been wormed and we've had his teeth checked, 
but he still won't gain the weight..Maybe he'll always be a lean horse...But 
any suggestions with the Weight Builder would be appreciated!
