A good chiropractor will also encourage muscle strengthening as mine has
done. She is adamant about proper exercise being the best method to keep
problems from recurring. I've spent 30 years of my life with MDs who have
not been in favor of them in the past...I grew up during the time when they
were considered witch doctors...and, altho I was a tough nut to crack in
the chiropractic area, I'm very thankful for the good one I found. I've
been much more diligent in the last few years about keeping my muscles
stronger and I've had fewer appointments. Only unscheduled dismounts or
sleeping wrong and waking up with a stiff neck seem to send me in anymore.
