Before you go firing off legal missives for  your poor horse's injuries,

please consider that it was YOUR horse that kicked away the paneling and

then continued to cause its injuries by continuing to rub. The Trailer
did not jump out and cause the injury. I don't know that my horses would

not have been hurt like that. They probably would have tried to get away

from the "claws." Take some responsibility and don't just off the bat
feel like the trailer manufacturers are at fault.
