to stay competitive, we must learn to rides under THEIR rules (which do

And so, without really trying, FEI has basically imposed international rules
and control on the riders of the USA, because in order to qualify for
international rides, our riders have to have ridden under FEI rules on a
day-to-day basis in order to learn?......Perhaps they can learn from a
limited number of cross-sanctioned rides, because there are a good many
riders, perhaps the majority, that really don't care about international
riding. And there are ride managers who probably don't want to bother with
the extra requirements and expense of managing an FEI approved ride.
