I used the stabilized flax sold by Advanced Biological Concepts (ABC) and 
found it very good.  And it did not go rancid.  There was a good article in 
the June 2000 issue of Horse Journal discussing and rating the various flax 
products on the market.  I have an extra copy and would be happy to send it
