Hi

 One cross not mentioned in this discussion is the

Arab/Saddlebred cross.  Choose the Saddlebred carefully.

I have a mare whose sire was a spotted Saddlebred who

was line bred to Denmark (thru Stonewall King,etc) who

was a TB so she is like an anglo Arab. She has a very

stong back and rear.  She has low and very efficient movement and a quiet willing disposition.
