Help....eye problem

Can anyone help alleviate my anxiety...2 weeks ago my horse was treated for an eye injury...apparantly ran into something and an ulcer, swelling and pain was obvious....vet cleaned, stained and we treated it like a corneal abrasion...atropine oint twice daily, antibiotic oint 3-4 times and all went well and a week later eye showed only a tiny speck where the ulcer was. No meds now for 6 days and I just looked into the eye with a light and the pupil is still dilated!! Is this a red alert situation or can it wait for a return call or should I make an emergency call to her. I do have a call in for a return call but I know she's on the road.
