I am just wondering how tall, half-Arabian horses fair at endurance races?  I noticed a 16.2 hand horse came in 65th at Tevis.  Reason I ask is I have recently started training for endurance after having done dressage and combined training for several years, and I own two lovely, tall, Anglo-Trakehner mares.  One is 16.1 and the other will finish at 16.3.  I could sell my big girls, but really don't want to.  They should both cross very nicely with my Arabian stallion.  What do you think?
