I'm sure mine is not supposed to freeze up--- perhaps I need to reload,
but it IS a PAIN. Norton asks if I want to fix; I say yes; it says it
can't; do I want to quarantine; I say yes; then it tells me it can't do
that; then it asks if I want to delete; I say yes; it tells me it can't;
then asks me if I want to continue with mail; i say yes and it freezes
all the posts that came with that worm. The only way to delete it is to
put the whole RC folder in the trash, then empty the trash and recreate
the folder. What a pain--- and only does it on the KAK--- my program is
perfect for all else. Oh well. I have the whole Systemworks of Norton
which I love so I won't switch to McAfee-- but it sounds like your
program does MUCH better with the KAK worm. Humm... I wonder what 2
virus programs would do?... Probably quarantine each other <BG>
