Well, let's start with an initial baksheesh setup that goes like this:

The job of Chief Supporter of the Tevis Ride Rescue Squad goes for $200, 
unless I'm outbid. Soon as I get an address, I'll send in that check. 

And that would make Captain go for $100. Lieutenant for $50, Staff Seargent 
for $25,  Gumshoe for $10, meter maid, $5.

If I get outbid, though, the whole rank structure goes up in price. I want 
that top job, and if I have to pay, everybody else has to pay. The head of 
the TRRS has to inform us all of the standings periodically.
