fires in Montana

You know hearing about what stupidity can cause most of the fires makes me 
want to smack the hell out of people who carelessly toss cigarette butts out 
the window..
My buddy was cruising down the road in his shiny Red Convertible when some 
chick trashed her smoke. It landed in his seat and left a hell of a burn in 
his leather! not a happy GI!
I can get lightning and all but carelessly tossing butts out the window?? 
Can we get ole Philipp Morris on this one...since every one has jumped on 
the bandwagon?
