weanling needs surgery

I have a friend who has a colt that had some major leg problems as a baby
and from what she told me they ended up putting PVC pipes on his front legs
for a few months and now he's doing dressage.  I don't know many details
about it, sorry.  If you want I will see if she would communicate privately
with you.  I think this happened in Arizona originally, and he is now in
Kansas.
