Re: Rest areas/ unloading livestock
So far as I can tell, it is not illegal in Washington. But there is a rule
that animals must be on a leash and be confined to designated areas. The
only one I have used to unload is not on an interstate. I don't recall any
restrictions on the ones I have pulled into on an interstate, but they were
way too crowded for me to even consider unloading.
