2 day LD ride?

Is there such a thing as a 2 day LD ride?  As in riding 25 or 30 miles two
days in a row?  I know this probably is not really the point of LD, but I
thought it would be interesting.  We're not ready to do 50 miles in one day,
but splitting it up seems a lot more feasible.  Any thoughts on this?
