When Paul & I were still patrolling, we encountered some women with kids 
who complained about a naked man just down the beach.  He was minding his 
own business, but was right out in the open, laying next to his naked 
girlfriend.  It's very hard to talk to naked people while keeping one's 
eyes glued to theirs - eyes, their eyes, just looking at their 
eyes.  Really hard.  Lif
