Go to netscape and download a viewer which supports gifs. I found a free
one for you at 
http://cgi.netscape.com/cgi-bin/pi_moreinfo.cgi?PID=11481
I believe you have to join Netcenter to get it but it is free and just
takes a minute. Good luck.
