Lif, UPS has always initially denied our claims. They'll try to say it's your packaging. Then they said it was one of our uninsured packages that was damaged. We don't let it drop (Threaten to call them every day till they pay!) & eventually they pay. Once we got a strange call for them saying our paint had spilled all over other packages & they were returning it. Thing is, we don't ship paint!!! Never did figure that one out!! I use USPS for small stuff, but we haven't found anyone better than UPS for the Safety Pens. Not to say that they're good......
