I sorted by state, and:

48.39% of all Californians entered completed the ride.

Wasn't the overall average 49%?

This doesn't include the "unknowns". (about 9 riders--4 finished/5 
didn't)  Will update that when they have it fixed on the website.   So it 
may change by a percent or two.
