digest back to old format now

About 5 days ago Steph said the situation
should be fixed in a few days.  RC vol #81 came thru in the normal format.
All those following it have reverted to the other attachment-style.

all of them have come thru w/o the attachments in normal format
for me since #81.  this is #86  the change back to the old format 
seems to have worked for me.
