Perhaps Jackie simply has not sent them out to all. Being a ride manager
myself, I find that postage is a big expense and to send out an entry to
everyone in a given area might be more expensive than a ride manager wants to
deal with. Couldn't you just call or e-mail Jackie and ask for an entry? Or
have I misunderstood and you have already done this?
