RC: computer question

To any savvy computer people out there, I need some help. Please reply 
privately so as to not clutter ridecamp. In downloading the recent file 
ratingho.mim of a woman correctly riding her horse at a walk, my computer 
downloaded it just fine. It wouldn't let me open it; however, without a 
program. It gave me a huge number of programs to choose from but if I choose 
one, it can't find it or run it. If I need additional computer software, what 
do I need? I have and emachine, intel celeron 1999 with Microsoft windows 98 
and AOL5.0.
