By the way, what Duncan said is important. With open range laws, you can't
sue for damages if you haven't fenced and livestock causes damage. With
closed range laws, you can. But like I said in the last post, the codes
say who is obligated to fence, who is protected & who isn't, and what can
be done about it - but NOT that open range means free feed for all. Lif
