If you filed a complaint with the RM, that would be one thing. 
However, publicly complaining doesn't guarantee that a RM will get your
message.  Plus, public airing of dirty laundry will result in public
commentary - after all, why make a public statement otherwise?  For sure
no one should expect everyone to agree on Ridecamp (unless the email is
from Julie Suhr, of course).  Lif
