Well I think that Tom put in his wanted add what the rest of us wouldn't
have the guts to put in if we were looking for a similiarly dedicated
person. Why waste time with someone who can ruin a good horse for life,
remember giving the wrong person the job because you were to "proper" to
place a similiar add may mean a crippled horse at the end of the day (or
worse).
