Hi Tamara,
    My guess would be that Roo needs to see a really good equine dentist.  Try www.equinedental.com for realy good information. Ask for the name of a dentist in your area via the email addy.   If it hurts to chew, a horse will only eat what and how much he can stand the pain for.
